The B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) marketing paradigm is dead.
C2C (Consumer to Consumer) communication holds the smoking gun.
Thanks to social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook, the power is now firmly in the hands of the people.
And the C2C flow of information only continues to grow.
So much so that C2C has evolved into Cy (Community): a vast network of individual consumers with similar interests who listen to, like, trust, and communicate with each other. A lot.
Through Cy, One happy consumer can instantly tell thousands about their experience.
Through Cy, One disgruntled and determined consumer can poison a company’s entire brand equity well.
The B2Cy (Business to Community) model was born out of this reality.
The reality that right now people are talking about your business.
The reality that you need to know what they’re saying.
The reality that, to survive, you need to engage the Cy and form an honest relationship.
Want to know about and/or be involved in the conversations going on right now about your company?
Good, then let’s continue ours….
